So before asking you guys for your favourite fitness tips, I’m going to enlighten you in the past week of my changing life…
So I recently started having a crazy week of feeling motivated again after falling off the fitness wagon. I’ve made a few changes in my diet, my excersize regime and my life in general. I woke up on Monday (now Thursday) thinking, I’m feeling amazing today, time to change my lifestyle. And since then, I’ve lost 5lbs, yes..5lbs in just 4 days! No special pills taken, no detoxing teas, just a healthy diet and excersize.
I’ve started running for 1 hour each night, and eating a regular 5 meals per day, 2 of which are Ultraslim Chocolate Shakes from Tesco, with snacks like apples and cheesestrings in between.
Out of Slimfast, Atkins and Cambridge diet Shakes, Ultraslim are by far my favourites, and no, this isn’t a sponsored post..I’m just telling you what I love about the foods in my diet. If you have a sweet tooth, and don’t like the bland taste of regular Shakes, these sweet Shakes are for you. I have mine with Rude Health Organic Gluten free Almond Milk…The best!!
And that’s it, that’s how I’ve shed 5lbs in my first 4 days..
Now all I need to know is, how on earth do I make my butt perky without the squats, I want YOUR tips on some different butt workouts…
